JET TEAM, along with our wider network of expertise, offer our clients a consultative service, helping you through the regulatory processes, presenting you with choices, and ensuring you operate your aircraft efficiently, but most importantly the way you want.
If you haven’t yet decided on purchase, we can help you explore the different options, such as leasing or fractional ownership, perhaps arranging some charter flights for you to get a feel for what suits you. If and when you do decide to buy, we can advise you on the pros and cons of different aircraft registries available, crewing and maintenance options, plus advising you on legal operating standards and requirements, and myriad administrative tasks that we can take care of for you.
We can do as much or as little as you like; you keep full control every step of the way, with JET TEAM working in the background for you, invisibly if required.

As part of our contracted management services, JET TEAM can source flight crew and manage their training, find a Continued Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) to oversee maintenance, and manage day-to-day flight operations, using both our in-house experience, or our wider circle of trusted partners.
MANAGEMENT SERVICES
JET TEAM can shortlist experienced and qualified crew for you to choose from, from a wide variety of industry sources. If required we can coordinate pre-employment screening, background and skills checks, or manage short term contracts on your behalf. Once contracted, your flight crew will require a variety of annual proficiency checks and refresher training to remain qualified, which JET TEAM can manage on your behalf. We will also monitor crew working hours in accordance with regulations, and if you wish, JET TEAM can pay crew salaries, manage travel such as airline positioning flights, and administer expenses. For the complete one-stop-shop, we can arrange crew visas and hotels, so your crew can focus on the important task of operating the aircraft.
Continued Airworthiness Management Organisations (CAMO) provide a complete airworthiness management service for your aircraft, developing an approved Maintenance Programme, administering documentation, issuing and extending airworthiness review certificates, and managing scheduled maintenance tasks based on both calendar date and cumulative hours flown on the airframe. JET TEAM are not a CAMO, but we can help you find one from within our network, who we will work alongside in the management of your asset.
A good CAMO is able to minimise the time your aircraft spends in the hangar by combining maintenance tasks intelligently, while providing prescient forecasts, warning of forthcoming work so not to disturb your plans or cause unnecessary disruption and cost.

We consider the ‘what if’ scenarios, ask questions early in the day, and remain on top of fluid situations.
All of our billing is simple and transparent, using flat rate pricing as much as possible, which at the planning stage gives our clients the ability to forecast costs accurately. We routinely provide copies of all third-party documents in support of our own invoices, and only add a modest disbursement.
JET TEAM pay just as much attention to billing as we do to our front end services, ensuring we charge fairly, reasonably and accurately, so there are no surprises at the end of an otherwise successful trip.
Since August 2016 ICAO Annex 6 rules have applied to General Aviation – also known within the EASA region as Part-NCC and Part-NCO respectively, for complex and non-complex aircraft operations. The aim is to raise the safety level for non-commercial aircraft operators, such that they come closer to those mandated upon commercial carriers, and requires the operator to introduce procedures such as the use of ops manuals, a safety management system and fatigue monitoring. This increases the admin burden on every qualifying type/operator, and JET TEAM can help you manage these processes.

All operators need to monitor their carbon output – even if just to confirm they fall within the ‘Small Emitter’ bracket – and JET TEAM can help you do this, reporting, verifying and, if necessary trading carbon for you. Use our CORSIA-compliant programme to do this for you.
JET TEAM can arrange for the production of all your operating manuals, including basic ops manuals, special authorisations, MEL, and type-specific Part Bs. Provide us with the ingredients, and in short order you’ll receive a set of manuals to cover the scope of your operation, written by operating crew familiar with both commercial and private operations and their myriad requirements.
